College trip
First of all, for all of those who don't know, I'm on the so cal trip right now. So far we visited 4 different colleges! CSU long beach, Cal Polly, UC SB and UC irvine! I really started to love UC irvine! The campus is organized in this huge circle that has all of the different colleges which ends up being a perfect set up in my opinion. Everyone just long boards everywhere and they are all so nice! To get into the school, the average GPA is about a 4.0 and with a 1900 sat score as well as meeting all of the a-g requirements! Hopefully if I do well on the sat coming up I can have a chance to get in! Another thing I'm counting on is the fact that all UC schools consider extra circulars pretty important so hopefully that can set me apart from the crowd! Anyways wish me luck!

Cody I hope the trip was enlightening and fun. Wish I came because we both are interested in the same schools. Would have been nice to admire those UCs together. Good luck on the SAT by the way and with your brilliance and knack to find the correct answer I am sure you will do great on the SAT.
ReplyDeleteCody, I think you will have no problem making it into UC Irvine, or any other UC for that matter. You are a smart kid, and I bet that SAT went pretty well for you! And knowing your worth ethic, the GPA shouldn't be a problem either. Just keep looking forward and staying on track, you will definitely end up in a prestigious university!
ReplyDeleteHope you did well on the SAT, also what did you think of Cal Poly, I am thinking about that school. I have heard nothing but good things about UC Irvine and I am sure you would do great there. :)
